Brooke was a city politician during the Flint, Michigan water crisis. While in office, she
pleaded for swifter involvement from the government on behalf of her hometown. As
they were slow to honor her request, she turns to a water-siphoning witchcraft called “Quenchantment”
to take matters into her own hands. She uses this magic to torture government officials
with deadly dehydration & to restore clean water back to Flint.
Observing that this witchcraft produces results quickly, she begins to drink up The
Mississippi River, with plans to reshape America to her liking. She makes her way down
to New Orleans for the final phase of her drought spell where she must extinguish the
flame of The Pink Cosmordial, Mystisizzle. She will then take her place at Plazteroid’s
side in universal conquest as the extinction-level thirst trap, The Quenchantress!
