As new crimes & natural disasters occur globally, due to the emergence of The
Divinemies & novice Cosmordials learning their powers, The U.N. created a government
weapon out of Frank Robinson to be Earth’s hero. He begins to have flashbacks of
being experimented on against his will & becomes a vessel of cosmic rage & revenge,
turning on those he was designed to protect. He is later imprisoned in an underground
bunker.
As his long-term sedation wears off, his flashbacks haunt him again, causing him to
unleash a cosmic EMP, deep within the Earth. The explosion attracts Plazteroid to
recruit him onto The Divinemies. Over time, Frank looks to Plazteroid as a mentor in
planetary conquest & tasked to take over Chlauroro’s home planet of Verdurion to prove
himself a proper protégé, as the radioactive, EMPhrarage!
