Mathias Thompson was born a math whiz & had a love for Muay Thai fighting as a kid, where his math smarts often gave him a victorious edge in combat. As an adult, he enters a no rules-MMA tournament & gets his legs crushed in the championship round against the maniacal MMA monster, Dieabrawlic, due to a miscalculation. He spent the next few years recovering & using his brainpower for building robotic enhancements for the physically disabled.

He later lends his mathematics & robotics genius to forge the suits, armor, & enhancements for his Cosmordial comrades & a cosmic set of legs for himself through the power & resources of The Cosmos Cave. His heroic intellect will award him his rematch with his Grim-Grappling opponent & championship among the team as the kicka$$ number cruncher, Rhythmekick!
