Melody Johnson is a singer & harp player for a Jazz & Blues bar in downtown Seattle. She was born with the power to manipulate sound but has catastrophic anxiety attacks when she develops subatomic & telepathic hearing. As the audio of people’s minds & the subatomic universe are a constant chaos, she can be easily overwhelmed, making it difficult to grasp the noise with her powers.

At a recital for the governor, she learns to manipulate the sound of the audience’s
thoughts & molecular audio into a beautiful song that quiets her anxiety. The power of her performance also disrupts a harmful broadcast signal created by the deadly psychic, Amygdalock, which alerts him to track her down to eliminate her. At The Cosmos Cave, she acquires special headphones that control her telepathy & a unique suit that absorbs ambient sound, granting her supersonic strength, attacks, defense, & flight. Through her musical mastery of the mind, she is inducted to be one of the three leaders of the team as the harmonious heroine, Psymphony!
